Paddle Board Meditation

Experience guided meditation in a unique setting. While paddle boarding, you'll be surrounded by water, friends, and nature. As a group, we paddle to a unique location and anchor together. As I lead you through a guided meditation, you will begin to feel relaxed. Your body, mind, and soul will be soothed and energized as you release stress.

SUP Yoga

Get outside the studio and on the water for an easy SUP Yoga class! This class is for all levels, and no yoga training is needed to attend. We will anchor all the boards in a beautiful and safe location. We will slowly move from one pose to another while inhaling a positive affirmation and exhaling stress out of your different energy centers. You will come away from the class feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. You will definitely want to take this class!

Moonlight relieves anxiety and stress and improves relaxation by the natural release of melatonin. The full moon meditation will reveal and release old blocks and patterns you may have. You will be able to focus more on the possibilities and potential of what you want to feel and who you want to become. The moon is magical as it has an intense vibration and as you enjoy a perfect evening rebooting your energy systems.

Tapping (EFT) & Paddle

Tapping is a tool to clear emotional energy from our bodies. It is a stress relief technique that combines modern psychology and Chinese acupuncture. Tapping on acupoints located on the face and body while we are on the paddle board together as a group is powerful, especially on the water. Many of lifes challenges create emotional stress on the body; tapping is a way of addressing those stressors and releasing them while you are in a relaxed state. This technique can be used by all ages!
